At Lyman’s Tavern, we’re committed to fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whenever possible, we make things in-house. Our breads are baked locally and delivered almost daily. The chicken, eggs, beef, and bacon all come from nearby farms. Each slider is from a custom blend of 75/25 blend of chuck, short rib, and brisket, while each chicken tender is our own marinade and then hand-breaded and made to order. Each Philly comes from a piece of sirloin steak. We put in that extra work so you get an affordable high-quality meal.

Our menu is a love letter to the working class establishments: the East Coast diner, pub food, street carts — familiar, comforting, and always made with heart.
